Personal Assistant (Los Angeles, CA) - Seeking out a personal assistant to work within an extremely formal home environment with a lot of travel. Responsibilities could include: travelling with principal, travelling in advance of principal to various homes/locations to insure all stocking/supplies are in order, prepare and oversee wardrobe, oversee personnel on the properties are in perfect order for her arrival, closet organization and management, take dictation, personal letters, organize and maintain calendar for social events, personal shopping, supervise other staff members to ensure everyone is doing their job properly, packing and unpacking of wardrobe, beauty supplies and office supplies, personally walk around the property to ensure everything is in perfect order and report back your findings, excellent phone manners and communication skills, be comfortable supervising the maintenance of two dogs, be prepared to travel with dogs with or without Mrs., be comfortable travelling internationally and on yachts. Personal Assistant (Los Angeles, CA) - Very demanding schedule with lots of travel. Seeking an experienced personal assistant to liaison with office personnel, arrange and coordinate all travel arrangements, scheduling, communications with all house staff including Doctors, nutritionists and chefs, etc. Work well in a team environment, there is always an entourage around. When in residence there is an apartment available due to the sporadic hours involved in this position (late night entertaining) that is available to you if needed. House Manager/Personal Assistant (Los Angeles, CA) - Oversee all home functions, equipment, vendors, maintenance. This can be a full time live-on property position, but if not, you will be required to sleep at the residence when owner is travelling (can be 2-3 days every week) to oversee the property. Shopping, preparing meals, assist with light housework, errands, projects. Housekeeper comes twice a week and light housekeeping is required in between her visits. There is a 20 year old college student living at the house full time. Up to 52K. Employer will entertain interviewing candidates who have other sources of income. Local candidates only.

Chef (Malibu, CA)- Seeking a part time and/or full time chef. The part time schedule is Monday, Tuesday and every other Friday. Lunch, dinner and leave breakfast in fridge for morning. Perform all shopping for your days. Fridays shop and prepare meals to be left for weekends. Clients are very picky eaters and are gluten free, must be well versed in gluten free cooking including desserts. Wife is vegetarian but does eat fish. Lunch meetings regularly at the house, if more than 6 people, most likely will be buffet style. Very rarely will there be evening entertaining. Travel will be required for when client is on a set (could be out of the country). Both part time chefs will switch off for this travel (possibly two weeks on/two weeks off) possibly 1-2 movies per year and never more than a four month period, will go in to detail further after an interview and test cook have been performed. Personal Assistant (Los Angeles, CA)- Tech savvy assistant needed for busy celebrity. Work out of home office, fully staffed home, busy hectic life and schedule. Ability to travel. Know when to speak up and know when not to. Coordinate all personal appointments for calendar. Ability to multi task as well as standing around waiting for Employer to need your assistance while not in the house, accompany her to events and other commitments. Chef (Los Angeles, CA)- This position will travel to Switzerland for four months out of the year, two months concurrently twice a year. While owners are in residence in Los Angeles (four months annually) the work week could be up to 7 days with no break, time off or additional compensation will be provided. Clients are very specific eaters and will provide guidelines for menu preparations. All menus are to be typed in certain formats and submitted. Speaking another language (Spanish, Italian or French would be helpful but not a requirement). Lunch and dinner preparation, all purchases, in charge of sanitation of kitchen and food rotations. This is a very formal environment (Mr and Mrs). Please leave egos at the door – this is not the job to test out your creative cooking skills, just to follow specific food likes/dislikes. Live-in Housekeeper/Cook (Los Angeles, CA) – Seeking a mature, self-motivated and experienced housekeeper for a 8K sq. ft. home. The client is a single individual who travels frequently on the weekends. Responsibilities include: cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands, stocking the home and taking care of guests. There are light cooking duties: preparing a light breakfast and cooking an evening meal. There is an outdoor cat that needs to be fed. This is a seven day a week live-in position, work days are M-F from 6:30am to 6:30pm (with a break in the middle of the day). The right candidate will make this their home and stay overnight on the weekends. Significant others are welcome. The housekeeper that has been there for twelve years will train the new person. Salary $750 per week plus bonus and money towards health insurance.

House Manager (Aspen, CO) - Seeking an experienced, jack of all trades house manager to work for a large recently remolded 17k sq. ft. property on 7 acres. Seeking a local candidate to assist large vacation property which is occupied 75% of the year. Responsibilities include: all driving, assisting with luggage (heavy lifting required), maintenance, oversee all equipment, snow removal, familiar with technical and complicated home systems, spas, overall handyman work. Assist as needed for the chef and housekeepers. Willing to pitch in as needed when home is occupied and carry on projects in their absence. The estate is a secondary residence to an extended family. The family visits quite often throughout the year but there will be some quiet months. The peak times are Thanksgiving and Christmas, summer (June- Aug.) and the ski season (Jan. - April). During those times the house manager will work on weekends and be given days off during the week or time-off will be given when the family leaves. They are seeking a house manager that is very flexible. The house manager is responsible for being the eyes and ears of the estate and making sure everything is running in excellent condition. The previous HM will be working PT year round and will be responsible for working with the new house manager in the beginning to acclimate to the property and the family. During peak holidays there can be up to five families visiting at once with children ranging in age from 6 yrs old to 13 yrs old. Local candidates only. Salary DOE.

Couple and/or Estate/Ranch Manager (Vail Valley area, CO) - Very large mountain property (elevation 8,500 feet) needs manager to oversee all aspects of running the house(s), grounds, forests, lakes, etc. 300 acre property with other staff members overseeing different aspects. The position requires a variety of management skills including staff, vendors, customers, guests and government. Please be environmentally friendly, love sustainability, enjoy overseeing many diverse projects, like and have knowledge of working on agricultural based endeavors, enjoy hands-on projects, be familiar with large equipment, snow removal, etc. Familiarity with all types of household control systems: Crestron, AV, HVAC, lighting, water, working with forestry, fish habitat, greenhouse, water management, etc. If a couple is hired one of the team could be employed as an administrative assistant to the owner and ranch/estate manager, overseeing all paperwork and liaison with office staff (this could be a part time or full time position, depending on the needs of the employer and employee). Four bedroom house on property will be provided. Salary will be based on prior experience with at least 10 years of experience in agricultural ranch management. Relocation costs will be provided. Families are welcome with the knowledge that this is a remote/rural area (8 miles from town). Excellent schools, medical facilities and other support services near-by.

Housekeeper/Cook (Beverly Hills, CA) - Housekeeper/Cook needed for Beverly Hills home. When owner is in residence (one single male) this position will be a live-out standard 40 hour per week. (housekeeping, laundry, shopping, oversee residence and cooking). When owner is in his other residence this is a live-on property seven days per week, approximately six months a year to secure deliveries, watch the house, and supervise outside vendors. You may also be asked on occasion to drive down to housekeep/cook at third residence in San Diego. Salary DOE.

Live-in Housekeeper (Pebble Beach, CA) – Seeking a mature, experienced housekeeper for a second residence. This is an adult home. There are no children or pets. Responsibilities include: all the cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, laundry and nightly turndown service. The couple is in residence every other month. When they are there they would like coverage 7 days a week from 8am or 10am to 7pm. But they can be flexible on the days. They are open to the housekeeper having another PT job as long as the hours and days do not interfere with their schedule when they are in residence. There is a 1,500 sq. ft. guest house on the property for the housekeeper and all utilities are included. Salary $21,500 per year.

Couple (Pacific Northwest)- In a perfect scenario we would like to find a couple who currently resides in Los Angeles because the client has a home in Los Angeles and lives there December – March. During their Los Angeles stay the couple would live-out. On occasion one might be asked to go up North to supervise a project. While up in their second residence there is a separate large guest house for the couple. Elderly couple needs: assisting with all of the driving, cooking, shopping, personal assistant related work, proficiency on computers, bill paying, overseeing projects, assistance with all upkeep of large property (maintenance, repairs, etc.). Mr. will need a caregiver type of individual to assist in reading, managing medication, assistance in bathroom for showers for dressing (he is visually impaired). Generally this will be a Monday – Friday position, but flexibility is required. Must pass full background check and have good driving record. Salary is DOE and competitive, health insurance provided.
